High school players, keep working on your conditioning, do some wall ball and get ready for first HS practice on Monday, March 2 at 3 PM. Go Vultures!
The ‘09 season is almost here and the Club’s kick-off event is this Thursday, January 22nd, at 7:00pm in the High School Commons.
We will have registration information, loaner gear to try on, lacrosse merchandise to purchase and meet with the coaches.
We have lots of cool stuff to win in our raffle – including a boy’s and girl’s lacrosse stick.

The Vashon Lacrosse Club is seeking applicants for a Coaching Fellowship for the 2009 season. Interested candidates can download the information sheet from our Forms and Docs page. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with college lacrosse experience and have an interest and enthusiasm for working with young lacrosse players. We are looking for an individual who can bring and teach up-to -ate competitive lacrosse techniques. Our previous Coaching Fellows played their college lacrosse at Utica College, University of Virginia and Syracuse University.
Michael Hall has been nominated and awarded Assistant Coach of the Year! Michael was selected and awarded this honor by his peers, all the other coaches in Division I. Michael will be presented with his award this Saturday, May 17th at the Washington State Lacrosse Finals between noon and 12:30pm. It would be great to have a good representation from Vashon Island to support Michael and cheer him on!
