There have been some updates to this weekend’s jamboree schedule. Games now will be starting at 9:30 AM and rhe Vashon 7/8 team has their first game at 11:00 AM. Details are in 7-8 Team News.
After the Vultures varsity wrapped up their season with a big 8-7 win against the Garfield, there’s only one game this week - the Vultures JV completes their season at home, taking on the Garfield JV on Tuesday at 6:00 PM [start time was changed from 5:00].
The Vashon 7/8 team will be playing in the end-of-season jamboree on Saturday, first games start at 9 AM. Details are in 7-8 Team News.
The Vultures varsity home game against Garfield has just been rescheduled to this Saturday, May 3 at 6 PM. This is their final home game and also Senior Night, a last time to see our Class of ‘08 members in action. The Vultures JV game is unchanged, they’ll play Garfield JV next week as originally scheduled.
The Vultures varsity and JV start off the week on the road, taking on Curtis at Curtis HS. JV begins at 5:30 pm and varsity faces off at 7:30 pm. Friday, it’s Mercer Island coming to Vashon Island for two big games. JV starts off at 5 pm and varsity will begin at 8:00 pm.
On Saturday, May 3 our Youth teams wrap up their seasons down in Tacoma. Vashon 7/8 Black plays Tacoma Black at 9 am, followed at 11 am by Vashon 7/8 Green taking on Tacoma White. The Vashon 5/6 team faces off against Tacoma 5/6 at 1 pm.
